As a tea plantation owner from Galle, my gastronomic expectations are high, and Zm Premium did not disappoint. The innovative cuisine was a good discovery, masterfully blending local ingredients with contemporary techniques. Breakfast was a highlight; I savored a traditional Sri Lankan spread alongside an aromatic cup of their own estate tea, perfectly brewed, of course. The ambiance of the restaurant created a warm, inviting atmosphere-ideal for both socializing and solitary reflection. I appreciated the shared lounge, where I could unwind after my meals, sharing stories with fellow food lovers. the 24-hour front desk and dedicated staff ensured that my experience was seamless, and the free WiFi allowed me to stay connected while indulging in a culinary escape.
